At www.CrestedGeckosAndSupplies.com, we have cared for each of our geckos from the day they hatched and are completely concerned with their health and safety in shipment.  We take extreme care in preparing and packaging our geckos for shipment so that your gecko will arrive alive, healthy and as advertised on our site.  We utilize only overnight delivery services which provide the highest reliability and service.  We charge a flat shipping fee of $50 for the first gecko and $10 for each additional gecko in the same shipment.  We reserve the right to choose which carrier will provide the best service for any particular delivery.  You must provide us with a shipping address where an adult will be available to sign for the shipment, or else our health guarantee will be void.  We regret that we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

As geckos are live animals whose health and well-being are dependent upon a number circumstances while in your care, we can only guarantee that you will receive a healthy gecko on arrival.  If your gecko is not alive on arrival, you must contact us within 1 hour of the delivery.  You can contact us by our online inquiry form or by calling our toll free number: 877-810-4174.  For any consideration to be given for any health issues we will require documentation which may include photographs, veterinarian reports or a claim with the shipping company.  We will handle each health claim on a case-by-case basis.
